Entries
Entry categories are set up to identify and judge the entries. Please check the examples in the sub-categories first, and select the closest category, even if they are not identical, or select based on your preferred screening perspective.
Even if a work contains multiple elements and can be categorized into more than one category, only one category can be selected for entry. In addition, during the screening process, the categories may be changed at the discretion of the Judging Committee.
An entry cannot be submitted in more than one category and cannot be duplicated.
It is strictly prohibited to duplicate applications through multiple entry site accounts.
Products that are normally used in sets, system products such as whole kitchens, or product groups that are developed based on a common design concept can be entered as one entry (the screening fee for one entry is charged). Likewise, products of different sizes and colors can be entered as one entry. Alternatively, the above-mentioned products can be entered separately as a single entry.
Please check whether the date of sale (the date when the work can be used) and the date when the work can be published meet the eligibility requirements for the current year. In addition, please check whether the work can be displayed in the awarded exhibition and whether it can be printed in the yearbook after winning the award.
Since the entries will become the awarded works after the screening process, if there is a discrepancy between the entries at the time of screening and the actual works, they may be judged by the jury members to be insufficiently qualified and may be disqualified from the awards.
After the entry deadline, applicants will not be able to register, edit, or modify the entry information already submitted on the Entry Site, nor will they be able to add new entries.
Please be sure to check the current year's eligibility before deciding whether or not to apply for entries that are in the early stages of development and for which there is no certainty as to the date of sale or the date when they will be available for use, or entries for which there is a possibility of significant changes in design, content, or functionality in the future.
